Being an online student...

I do like being an online student. The flexibility works great for me! I am able to attend seminars at 10:00 PM while my daughter is sleeping. I am able to work on assignments in the evening also. By taking online classes, I do not have to find childcare for my daughter and do not have to travel to a campus and find the time to do so. I also like that while I am working on assignments I am able to step away when I feel the need to clear my thoughts. I feel that our blog can help our class come together, it is a different way of communicating. As far as the anonymity, the blog can be helpful, especially when our classmates include a picture and we can also see individuality on each other's pages.

Hi JC. I was a little worried about class at first, but things are falling into place already. Was a little leary of the blog, something new...but I think it will be fun and interesting. How is class going for you?
